Treetops hotel is located in the Aberdare National Park, and is one of the oldest game viewing lodge. Guests check in at Outspan Hotel, which is a 15 km transfer to Treetops.

The lodge contains a 36 all en suite guest rooms, which include 3 suites and a room for physically challenged guests. All rooms have en suite bathrooms, luggage rack and large windows for easy viewing. It also has a cozy dining area, with a modern kitchen, individual tables, and buffet spots. One can enjoy game viewing from their rooms, lounge, photographic hide at the basement and from the view deck.
